Believe in Your Worthiness

A card I made for a client

Sometimes in the midst of adverse life and relationship challenges, we are led to doubt our self worth and value. Someone close to you may say words or behave in ways that anger or hurt you, intentionally or unintentionally, causing you to question your worth.

As upset, maybe even distraught you may feel from this, it is important to put more weight and credence to your own thoughts and beliefs in yourself.  Which leads me to assert my position that the most important relationship you will EVER have… is the one you have with yourself. Be kind, compassionate and loving with languaging you use in your own mind.

Notice what kind of conversations you have in your head.  Is your own mind chatter supporting and compassionate towards yourself? Start by noticing this. And if your pattern of self talk is less than kind and encouraging, make note and pay attention. Awareness is the first step to change.

Believe in your worthiness.
